M Tar lane.—Claim 19s on a judgment summons.—Mr Moore, who appeared for plaintiff, stated that defendant (who was not in attendance) would bo able to pay if it were not for his being continually fined for not attending drill.— An order was made for the payment of the sum claimed, with costs (ss), in default two days' imprisonment.
