FRENCH IN THE ASCENDANT. PARIS, November 14. (Received Nov. 15, at 0.5 a.m.) A communique mentions vigorous artillery duels on the west front, especially near Boesinghe, where the French destroyed a steam mill and silenced the enemy's batteries.
