PROHIBITION QUESTION
MEMORIAL TO PRESIDENT WILSON,

WASHINGTON, December 23. (Received Dec. 23, at 10.30 p.m.) A memorial has been presented to President Wilson requesting a constitutional amendment providing for prohibition throughout the United States. The President has ordered the publication of the memorial without comment thereon.
