TEN MEN KILLED.

NEW YOKE, February 9. (Received Feb. 10, at 0.50 a.m.) locomotive exploded at Smithville, in Texas, and 10 railwayman were killed while 11 ethers were injured. Two other locomotives, which were near the- shattered locomotive shed, were wrecked. ,
