(Received Feb. 9, at 11.5 p.m.) The Daily News, commenting on Mr M'Kenna's reply to Mr Robert Harcoiirt that he did not expect that Germany would have ?1 Dreadnoughts in 1913, says there muet be no repetition of the Admiralty blunders of' March, ISO 9. The new demands for tho navy must be resisted. Their purpose can only be aggressive, and (he effect will be to cripple social reforms.
