REARRANGEMENT OP STAFF. (Per Usited Press Association.) WELLINGTON, August 30. Certain, changes are made in the New Zealand Supreme Court'office staffs in consequence of the vacancy recently caused at Christchurch. 'Mr A. Stubbs, deputyregistrar at Wellington, has been promoted to the position of iegistrar at Dun. edin, and this change has necessitated a rearrangement of the local staff. Mr E. D. H. Stocker, clerk in the Wellington office, has been promoted to be deputyregistrar here, and Mr G. S. Clarke, of the Auckland office, has been transferred to Wellington. Mr R. M. Goldsman, of Wellington, has been notified of his transfer to Auckland, and Mr G. G. Bell, of Christchurch, comes to Wellington as cadet.
