Pichou, declaicd that the French merchants in Loudon were greatly alarmed at the mere announcement Hint the French Customs tariff was about lo be revised. He emphasised the miggcstion made that the British Government would impose heavy duties on French products, especially French wines. M. Piehon read this letter' before the Customs Committee yesterday.
