- / NEXT YEAR'S PROGRAMME. Pre3s Association—Bjr Telegraph—Copyriflit. BERLIN, November 21. (Received Nov. 22, at 4.25 p.iii.) Germany's Naval' Estimates for 1909 are £3,000,000 above these of the current year. An increase of £2,437,500 is devoted to works under the -heading of non-recurring expenditure, -new constructions, and armaments. Seven millions are to-be apportioned to new constructions, whereo/ £4,250,000 will be met by a loan, and the remainder out of ordinary, revenue. The Estimates provide for the first appropriations for three Dreadnoughts, one Indomitable, two small cruisers, 12 destroyers, and eoine submarines..
