Seven millions are to-be apportioned to new constructions, whereo/ £4,250,000 will be met by a loan, and the remainder out of ordinary, revenue. The Estimates provide for the first appropriations for three Dreadnoughts, one Indomitable, two small cruisers, 12 destroyers, and eoine submarines..
