LONDON, November 21, (Received' Nov. 22. at 4 p.m. At, a meeting of the Imperial Maritime League, Loi'd Amptlvill presiding, a resolution, proposed by Sir John Colomb, and seconded by Admiral Leave, was adopted urging a Government inquiry into the scope and effect of t'no recent changes in the navy, with a view to the country being informed with regard to the naval policy.
