RICCARTON TRAINING NOTES. (Pitt United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, July 30. Little work of imporlanco was done this morning, it being an of! day. Cannongate, who arrived yesterday, and looks very well, went through a round in company with Straybird. Huku did a similar task. Skobeloff wa3 sent a mije fast. Dundas galloped ha'/ a mile fast; lie is still sore. Blazer wont pleasingly in a mile gallop, having (lie assistance of Eattlcr. Hurricane and The Soldior jumped the hurdles decently. Others to do good work were Djin-Djir., Glenaladale, Somerled, Royal Conqueror, Cora Linn, Bill Perkins, Long Tom, Good Spec, Titoki, Muscovite, and Magnificent. Tho annual report of the Auckland Racing Club states that nt tho four meetings hold £21,774 was given in added money, an increase of £1(20 on the previous year. The totalisator investments totalled £161,704, compared with £153,399 for the previous' vear. The profit jcarried to capital account is £1094.
