Tile Supreme Court refused to grant probate in the will of a lady who left_i valuable estate of 900 acres mainly to the Salvation Army on condition that the Army paid her an annuity and carried out certain conditions. The nephew contested the will, and the judge," in refusing probate, said he was not satisfied that the deceased knew and approved of.the contents of the ■will, which was prepared by some of tiio Army officers, or that it was the will of a free and capable testatrix.
