WELLINGTON, December 15.

In a case brought before the Chief Justice to test the right of the Wellington College Governors to hold their present property, seeing it is not now affiliated, to the New Keakncl University, as it was at the time the deed (if trust was executed, the court made an order removing the case into the Court of Appeal.
