INVERCAEGILL, June 20.
•. At the Supreme Court, the jury gave a verdict for plaintiff for £300 in'the action Goldring y. Wallace County' Council, for compensation for injuries caused by a horse shying at some timber on the roadside for the -repair of a culvert.
