<Feb UnitedTbess Association.) f . : . Wellington, July 27. ihe terms of leave to appeal to the Privy Cotaicil in the case of Eccles v. Mills were settled in the Court or Appeal to-day. The court refused to allow the trustees to proceed without giving the ordinary security for costs. A stay of execution was granted as far as concerned the costs relating to Meadowbank estate, trab not as regarded the general costs of the action.
