A gold-bearing seam, Uin wide, has been strucli in the low-level tunnel of the Premier Consdli. dated mine, Macetown, IOEOft from its mouth. I( is now being exploited with a view of testing it. A small crushing will be taken out to ascertain its value. j Mr Thomas Callencler reports 730z 12gr retorted gold from the Sew Ilow Eig Beach Gold Mining Company, (Limited), from two dredges, for the week ending the 19tli inst. The secretary of the Sandhills Gold Mining Company (Limited) reports 4bz 13dwt 12gr of gold for last week's dredging.
