CORRESPONDENCE CONDENSED.
'Under this head we acknowledge and notice the letters of correspondents whose communications through want of space or other reasons cannot be published in full.]
"S. W." continues the Wylie's Crossing School controversy, but we cannot grant much further space for discussing this matter. "S. W." contends that the board having erected a school in ratification of the agreement entered into between the opposing parties, it is the clear duty of the people of the school district to accept the amiable and clever teacher who has been appointed. "S. W." considers it extraordinary that a previoiß correspondent who signed himself "Justice," with his vaunted knowledge of educational matters, should not have had brought under his notice sections 60 and 61 of the Education Act, which, together with a mandate from the board, is the warrant for what the Wylie's Crossing householders and parents have done.
