Rekftox, July 28. Kecp-it-Dark.— The directors have declared a dividend of Is 6d per share, payable on and after Thursday next.
Just-iii-Time.—The contractors for the extension of the main level are now approaching the perpendicular of the winze, which should be reached in the course of a week or 10 days. Globe.—Driving along the drive iv the direction of the winze is now going ou, and the stone is widening out. The winding gear is a great success. Fiery Cross.—The tributers dehv the truth of the report that the stone recently crushed by them came out of the Hopeful ground-, ami are making preparations for taking out another crushing. . Mining matters are very flat, and the railway excitement still engrosses'public attention to the exclusion of all other matters.
