HE ROBERT BORROWS, DECEASED. Mr William Macgregor (for Messrs Stewart, Holmes, anel Denniston) moved for grant of remuneration to Messrs Jago anel Sligo, the executors named in the will, under the Administration Act 1879.
His Honor mentioned the case re Proctor, 3, N.Z.L.R., 126, where the executors were also' trustees, and the principle laid down was that a percentage should be allowed to them upon the corpus of the estate actually got in by the executors, as such, and then a commission upon the income collected by them from the investment of the trust funds. The application was referred to the registrar i to report thereon. HE yyiLLIAM WILSON, DECEASED. ! Mr A. S. Adams obtained an order for grant of probate of will. KE THE MARUIA QUARTZ-MINING COMPANY, LIMITED. Mr John Macgregor moved for an order appointing Thomas Callender official liquidator. L Referred to the registrar to report on Mr Calender's fitness. BE LEASE Fi?OM THE CORPORATION OF DUNEDIN TO WILLIAM HEPBURN AND JOHN DAVIE Summons for recovery of possession of a'certam allotment from the above persons (Mr Sinclair.) v Order made accordingly by consent. WARD V. THE NATIONAL BANK. His Honor settled the draft of the decree herein; Mr Sim appearing for the plaintiff, and Mr B. C. Haggitt for the bank.
