Wangandi, August 17th. At tha K.M. Court to-day the Stormbird larceny caae was gone into. The prisoner Salmon was admitted a« Queen's evideno?. A .'roug case was male out against Williams anc Green, who were committed for trial. M'Oarry. che cook, was discharged- Before the proceedints termica'ed, Salmon was formally charged .vith larceny ; but tbe police declined to tffot evilenco, aud he was discharged.
