WAIMARIE-ADVANCE COLLISION.

(Per Press Association.) Auckland, July 26. The Court of Inquiry into the collision between the steamer Waimarie and the fishing launch Advance found the chief officer of the steamer, John Freeman, to blame, having left the bridge without lawful excuse. In view of lis good record, however, the Court did not interfere with his certificate, but ordered him to pay full costs.
