,(Per Press Association.) Christchurch, July 22. The following message has been sent to the Minister of Labor and Mr T. E. Taylor by Mr Laracy, .Secretary to the Shearers' Union to-night as the result of ail. interview with Mu.Trijr.gs: "The Shearers' Union suggests that the three Conciliation Commissioners submit to the Arbitration Court a joint report on the shearing rates now paid in the Dominion. This should avert impending conrplications."
