SOUTH AFRICA.
(By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (per united press association.) Received April 21, at 10 a.m. Pretoria, April 20. A suggestion has been made to President Kruger that Davies and Sampson, two reform agitators imprisoned in Pretoria Gaol, should be liberated as a Jubilee offering in connection with the Queen's record reign. President Kruger replied that unless the fines were paid an additional year would be added to their sentence.
