THIS DAY. (Before His Honor District Judge Waud.) Ist Bankruptcy. In re Tertius Hay M'Kenzie. —Mr. O'Meagher applied for an order for the discharge of the bankrupt, which was granted. In re Peter M. Moron ey. Mr. O'Meagher also applied for and obtained an order for the discharge of this bankrupt. J?! re James Craig.— Mr Hislop applied for an order for the discharge of the bankrupt, but the consideration of the application was adjourned until the next sitting of the Court. The Court then adjourned until Friday, 22nd inst.
