(FSOM OUR OWN OOIIRBsPONDENTS.) ♦ DUNEDIN. October 9. Mr. Blair has returned from his visit to the unfinished sections of the Northern railway line. It is expected that the first engine will run to Blueskin next week, and that the section will be ready for traffic six weeks hence. The Waikouaiti sections are well advanced, and there will be nothing to delay through traffic from Uhristchureh to Clinton after April next.
