RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
THIS DAY. (Before T. W. Parkkr, Esq., 11.M.) DRUNK. AND DINORDERLY. John Bain pleaded guilty to having been drunk and disorderly yesterday, and was fined L2, with the alternative of 14 days' imprisonment, the accused having been before the Court on a similar charge the two previous days. James Kelly, a very old offender, for being drunk and disorderly in Thames street yesterday evening, was fined LI 10s., or was to go to gaol for six days. OBSTRUCTING A RAILWAY OFFICIAL. Patrick Mooney was charged with obstructing Alexander Allen, a railway official, in ihe performance of his duty in a railway carriage. On the application of the police, the case was adjourned until Monday. DISORDERLY CONDUCT. John Murphy was charge 1 with behaving in an offensive manner in a railway carriage, to the annoyance of other passengers. This case was also, on the application of the police, adjourned until Monday.
