HIS MAJESTY'S THEATRE.

Fullers' Pictures. This popular house still continues to hold its own as a favour resort for picture lovers. Full houses have been the order of ' the day all the week, and patrons have expressed their delight at the effective way m which that old story, "Kathleen Mavourneen/' is portrayed. "Floods at Dayton,. Ohio" has also been viewed with enormous and increasing interest. This (Saturday) afternoon there will be a matinee, and to-night this attractive programme will be screened for the last time. On Monday night an unusual treat — intellectual, historical and dramatic — will ,be presented. The spectators <, will be taken back to the fascinating days of old Greece and Home, with their gorgeous pageantry and stories of human love and tragedy. The Messrs. John Fuller, and Sons have secured the rights of Victoria Sardau's celebrated love drama — "Theodora." 2io expense has been snared, either m the way of actors, dressing,

or scenic effects, to make this series of pictures a reproduction of the real thing. A brilliant display of acting awaits the full houses that are already assured. The story is too well known to need recapitulation here, suffice it to say that "the audience 'is led through the Market Place at Byzantium, where the Greek, Andreas, and the Empress Tneodora, wife of Justinian, Emperor of the East, meet, to the Falace. of the Em.peror, where Andreus is brought before Theodora, and then through the various scenes framing the romantic intrigue that was to end so fatally. Both children and grownups should not fail to see this marvellous representation of a past civilisation. The supporting pictures are equally good m their way, and patrons are assured of most enjoyable evenings.
