DUBIOUS DOUBE.

Alice Violet Doube asked to he released from a hateful bondage, on the ground that her husband, Edward Doube, had been unfaithful, and had, m his temper, iH-treatcd her. She was married m Auckland m 1904, and, since 1986 Edward's temper had led to his being consistently cruel, and he had admitted misconduct with other women. .

There was no defence or appearance of respondent, and a decree nisi was granted on the usual terms, with costs against respondent.
