DIXON AND A DEVONPORT DAME
The case of DLxon v. Dixon was the climax of a number of cases, m which Emily Nelson Dixon and her unfaithful spouse, a waiter, who rejoices m the name of Samuel Octavius, have been concerned. The parties were made one m 1907, and last May petitioner, left him, only to apply m the following mouth for restitution of conjugal rights. She then obtained an order. Shortly after :she discovered that Octavius was carrying on with a woman at Devonport, and when she met him at the seaside resort she. dealt out stoush to him with her jcingj ham. For this act he summoned h-r for ! assault, and m the witnpss-1 ox m tho police court admitted his nib conduct.— hence the present proceedings.
