RESTON ROUTED.

A young gent came before S.M. Dyer t'other day, per usual medium— police— on the vag. charge. Gave name of Charles Reston and additional particulars that he wasn't yet 19 years old. He looked more, but there is no intention to call- Charles a liar,, although, according to what Chief .'Tec Marsack said about bina, Charles is several degrees worse than a liar. Take him altogether he's a scorcher, by all accounts. Work and Charles are not even on nodding terms, except when the gent is resident at Mount Eden, when he has to do a little graft. Dyer 'ear 'ear'd all Marsack said and Charles will be twelve riionths older before he can call at court again.
