FIRE AT PARAPARAUMU
MRS J. FIELD’S RESIDENCE DESTROYED. {“Times” Correspondent.) During tho early hours of Saturday morning a five-roomed residence, owned by Mrs .T. Field, now visiting Australia, and occupied by Mr Eric Wegger.w who recently took up hw residence there, was destroyed by fire, hut tho cause of tho outbreak is a mystery. The house, although built years ago, was solid, and Mrs Field is a heavy loser, there being only an insurance of £;H)0 (Standard Office). The furniture was insured for £2OO .(National),
