MOSCOW EAGER TO ASSIST Reuter's Telegram. MOSCOW, April 18. The executive bureau of the Soviet Trado Union International has suggested to. tho Amsterdam International that they jointly organise assistance to support the British miners. It emphasises the international character of the British mining dispute.
