OFFICIALDOM . F PEKING CITY GATES CLOSED. Reuter’s Telegram. PEKING, April 18 ; The Cabinet has dismissed the Nationalist commander, Lu Chung-lin, from all his posts. The Prime Minister. Chi Ateh-yao, has resigned, accusing himself of negligence in connection with the coup d’etat. All tho gates of the city are at present closed, except the Yung Tingmen Gate, where officials flanked with hands of honour await the arrival of Chang Tso-lin.
