FRANC FALLING AGAIN
UNEASINESS INCREASING. Reuter’s Telegram. PARIS. April 16. The fresh fbll in the franc, despite the apparent improvement in the financial situation, is causing uneasiness. It is attributed to the sales of French francs abroad, especially by Belgium and Italy, for the maintenance of their own currencies, and also to sales in Holland, -for unknown rensons. False reports ,in regard to the demonstration of civil servants in Paris were circulated in central Europe, and. these also did harm.
