ALL LAND NORTH OF RUSSIA BY SOVIET GOVERNMENT. Published in "The Times." LONDON, April 16. Tho Riga correspondent of “The Times” says that, apparently in connection with Captain Amundsen’s Polar expedition, the Soviet* is proclaiming a a Russia’s all lands and islands which may ho discovered northwards of tho Soviet coasts. to the North Pole, irrespective of by whom they are discovered.
