A party at' Bright’.vater resident?, composed*of Aiesors Andrews (U), Tomlinson (2) and Biggar liave just spent eight ■ days in the Rainbow district, where they were engaged in culling deer. 437 beasts failing to their rifles. The best total for one day was ill, and the biggest “bag” fell to Mr Richard Tomlinson, who accounted for 125 deer. Amongst the heads were three 12-pointers, live 11-pointers, and several 10-pointers Bast year the party shot 240 deer in-the same district.
