LONDON, October 14. - New Zealand farmers will be glad to .learn that the usefulness of. the Rowett Institute at Aberdeen will he in no way impaired as the. result - of -the tragic death of its founder. - The initial cost of the institute was provided by Mr Rowett—in all he gave nearly £40,000 to it for research work —and now, with Government grants and money from other sources, the work will proceed with only minor modifications. ' • The researches into the problems of bio-chemistry and their practical applications in better and more -economic production of foodstuffs have been of value to many agriculturists. '
