TELEGRAPHISTS STRIKE
NEWS SERVICES-TIED UP. (Sydney “Sun” Cable.) OTTAWA, September 12. Demanding an increase in wages from forty-fivo to sixty dollars a week, the telegraph operators manning the Canadian Press and Associated Press wires in Canada have struck. Their action completely ties up the news services from one end of Canada to the other.
