ANGLO-RUSSIAN TREATIES
TRADE UNION ACTION. SUPPORT FOR GOVERNMENT. ' Beater’S Teleeram. LONDON, September 12. The general council of the Trade Union Congress and, the executive committee of the Labour Party have jointly circularised the affiliated Labour Party organisations in regard to the Anglo-Russiau treaties. They call apon “every active spirit in our ranks to let the man in the street and the woman in the home know the true facts of the case, so as to put power and moral force behind the Labour Government, to secure an overwhelming vote when Parliament is oalled upon to ratify its Russian policy.”
