SIX MANCHESTER PAPERS. NEW COMPANY FORMED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, March 21. Sir William Berry’s associate proprietors of the “Sunday Times” and the “Daily Graphic” have purchased the Hultoh Company’s group of six Manchester newspapers. A new company is being formed to control the group, and also acquiree the goodwill and copyright of the “Sunday Times.” The transaction is expected to lead to the redemption of £4,000,000 “Daily Mail” trust bonds.
