MEXICAN WAR
REBELS APPROACH CITY. OBREGON RETIRING. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received December 17, 10.20 p.m.) MEXICO CITY, December 17. The rebels have captured Cautla, 60 miles from Mexico City, and also Puebla, which the Obregon forces evacuated, claiming that their movement was part of military tactics by which General Obregon expects to overcome the revolution within a few days.
