REORGANISATION IN ITALY. ON ENGLISH LINES. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received, December 17, 10.20 p.m.) ROME, December 17. The Fascist reorganisation has been carried on a stage. Cabinet has approved a scheme to reform provincial administration by means of decentralisation of the English self-government typo, combined with close supervision by the central Government, which is regarded as suitable to the Latin temperament.
