A CONFUSING POSITION. COMMITTEE TO REPORT. The problem of Watt street, which was specially considered by the bylaws oommittee of the City Council yesterday has been solved. It is to be renamed Upper and liower Watt street. This street has caused some confusion in the past and it is not alone in that. There are a. number of streets in Wellington city and suburbs similarly named and confusion is consequent. The by-lawn committee hod a list of over 100 names submitted to it yesterday, and referred it to a small subcommittee for them to furnish a report to the next meeting, three weeks hence.
