ENGLISH JUDICIARY
LORD COLERIDGE RESIGNS. NEW APPOINTMENTS., Reuter's Telecram. (Received October 12, 11.50 p.m.) LONDON, October 11. It is announced that Lord Justice Coleridge is resigning his judgeship of the King’s Bench Division. Lord Younger succeeds Lord Cave as a Lord of Appeal. Sir Ernest Pollock succeeds Lord Stemdale as Master of the Rolls, thereby creating a Parliamentary vacancy at Leamington. Mr Justice Sargent has been appointed a Lord Justice of Appeal.
