BRITISH MOVE IN INDIA. STRONG MEASURES. iHeuter’a Tetezram. DELHI, October 11. The British authorities have ordered the provincial governments and district military commanders to toko strong measures and forfeit the military pensions and grants of those who take part in disloyal or seditious agitation. This is an active step in the direction necessary to create confidence and allay the fears of those serving as loyal soldiers.
