WOOL EXPORTS GREATER. COTTON LESS. Reuter'a TMecranv (Received October 12, 5.6 p.m.) LONDON, October 11. Imports to the United Kingdom in September increased by £6,499,004; export®, by £1,325,045; and re-exports by £1,729,000. The principal increases in imports were:—Animals for food, £1,210,002; wood and timber, £1,424,572; and rubber. £1,226,740. In exports the principal increases were:—lron and steel, £1,529,729; woollen yarns manufactures. £1,102,624. Imports of Taw wool decreased by £1,694,190. Exports of cotton varus manufactures decreased by £1*843,159; and vehicles by £2,732,139.
