ALLIES’ DETERMINATION. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. PARIS, January 2. The President,. M. Millerand, replying to a New Year address from the Diplomatic dorps, ggod all the Allies in the late war were determined to adhere to the peace-making spirit in which they terminated hostilities, bnt this, could not bear fruit unless the exenemies of the Allies resolved loyally to exeonte the provisions of the Peace Treaties.
