Shekoleton for a lease of section 104, block 5, town of Featherston, area 1 note.—Resolved rt offer Mr F. Shekeleton a lease for a term of 14 years under section 5 of the Publio Bodies’ Leaves Act, 1008. at an annual rental of £8 10s, improvements valued at £35. Application hy Mrs B. Stephens for a lease of section 4. block 11, town of Matarod, municipal reserve, area 1 rood. —Resolved to grant a year-to-year lease to Mrs P. Stephens under section 27 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, at an annual rental of 16s.

Application by Mr J. H. Dixon for the grazing rights over section 26, block 3, Makotuku S.D., area 27a 3r (Crown lands). —Resolved to grant Mr J. H. Dixon the grazing rights under Section 130 of the Land Act, 1908, also to grant him the splitting rights at the royalty recommended by the ranger, under Section 307 of the Land Act, 1908.
