PALESTINE CONSTITUTION
OPPOSITION BY ARABS. Reuter's Teloarram. LONDON, August 28. A message from Jerusalem states that an Arab congress at Nablus resolved to oppose the proposed Palestine Constitution and endeavour to 6eoure independence by legislative means. Tho congress declined to acquiesce in Palestine becoming the Jewish national home, and decided to oppose Zionist immigration.
