MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE
FARMER COMMITTED FOR TRIAT. PIB PB3SB ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, May 30. At the Onehunga police court, Philip Terence English, farmer, of Manger©, was committed for trial on a charge of manslaughter. Accused was the driver of a motor-car which collided with a bicycle on April 19th, resulting in the death of Lucy Agnes Ford, aged 17 years. Bail was allowed in .acoured’s own security of £2OO.
