RIFLE SHOOTING

/ HAUTERE CLUB. BELT SERIES CONTINUED. (Special to “Times.’’) On Saturday, the 29th inst., the H&utere Rifle Club continued the belt series 800 yards, also shooting .for a challenge cup presented by Mr T. F. Taylor, junr., -to go over the belt, series, handicaps to count. It was a splendid day for good scores, the wind being a fairly steady one. Some of the young shots put on remarkable good v SCO res, seeing that it was their first shoot at the longer range. Following are the scores on Saturday: 800yds, ten shots. Rifleman A.
